Our Surveys and Our Work We endeavour to supply a verbal report
and indication of costs within 24 hours, and submit a written report /
quotation within 48 to 72 hours (a 24 hour from survey to receipt of report is
not unheard of as we appreciate there are times when urgency is of paramount
importance to you). Where appropriate a sketch drawing is included within our
bound reports together with a specimen guarantee.

technicians are highly experienced and qualified to

page. Our
technicians, Ray, Mikael and Steve have a combined experience of over 30 years.
They are conscientious and will treat your home as if it were their own, always
ensuring that dust and disruption are kept to the bare minimum. Mary, normally
your point of contact in the office, is always happy to help and after asking
you some questions will then organise a date and time for access arrangements,
